So we installed 10 new wacoms, and users were getting frustrated when evertime they clicked an puddle (rings, circles) would animate out to show where abouts they were on screen and also that a click had been made. Cute but annoying. It turns out it wasn't the Wacom drivers but a WINDOWS 7 / Vista service. Stopping the 'tablet pc input service' and disabling it from restarting did the trick. [click 'start', right click 'computer', then 'manage', 'services and applications' and finally 'services']. Double click the 'tablet pc input service' hit 'stop', and set the startup type to disabled.
