Toon Boom Harmony and Wacom Pressure Sensitivity

Yes more wacom issues. We tried a couple of other brands of tablet to compare and if they worked, they never worked as well as the Wacoms! So I can bear with a few problems here and there.

Anyway, the harmony software, unlike Photoshop etc... would not recognise pressure sensitive strokes which turns out to be a driver issue.

Windows key + r (= run prompt), then 'cmd' to open a command prompt. Enter 'set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1' which tells the device manager to allow displaying of hidden devices / drivers etc.
now enter 'devmgmt.msc'.

Select [view, show hidden devices] and 'bam' there are a whole host of devices, along with their drivers, that have been installed over time. So we want to uninstall everything that refers to wacom, most important are to remove all the ghosted devices under mouse, keyboard, and human interface devices. Once done, restart Windows and install the latest version for the Wacom model.
